Fun & easy headshot sessions for businesses and nonprofits

I help with everything from scheduling, planning, styling and preparing you and your colleagues for a successful office “Picture Day”

It’s Time.

Headshots are important and the typical assortment of employee provided headshots usually have a variety of issues; bad lighting, poor quality, in-cohesive, “Off brand” and sometimes over 20 years old..

This can bring down the overall impression of a brand and doesn’t give prospective clients a clear look at who they might be dealing with if they use your business.

Lining up a successful headshot session for an entire staff of people is a special form of herding cats, but I got you. The time to upgrade is now.

Upgrading your company’s About Page and marketing materials with a fresh batch of headshots is the final piece of the puzzle and I strive to eliminate as many of your pain points as possible.

Book a group headshot session with me that’s fun for your staff and easy for you.

All you have to do is

1. Pick a Date

When everyone (or as many people as possible) will be together in one place.

2. Find about 12′ x 20′ of space

Conference rooms, hallways, meeting venues; you name it and I will make it work. I prefer indoors, if given the choice.

And I will help you

Select a look

We can choose a background and posing style that best fits your brand and target audience.

My options typically include bright white, dark or medium gray backgrounds, or something found.

I can pose everyone by standing, sitting on a stool, sitting in a chair or sitting at a desk. If you aren’t sure yet, we can always touch base about your organization and discuss what might work best.

Prep your colleagues

Simply send them info about what to expect during their time with me a few days before our scheduled session.

It will explain what to wear and what will take place during their 10-15 minute session with me.

I can also set up a custom calendar specifically designed for your day so colleagues can schedule their sessions during a time that works for them or you can modify this simple sign up form.

No matter your scheduling needs, I will ensure everyone gets through the Headshot Station in a timely & successful manner.

My headshot sessions are quick and easy

I help people get mentally and physically prepped for spending a few minutes in front of a camera.

I like to work with all types of people to get a natural looking, relaxed headshot that encompasses their personality and professionalism. This is my favorite part of the job.

It’ll be a breeze. I promise.

Image review & selection

All group sessions include on-site image review and selection.

I help each person choose their favorite headshot right after their session. The selection process can be overwhelming for some, but I have a knack for identifying the best of the bunch and explaining how it shows them in their best light.

This will save you a ton of time from emailing galleries and filenames back and forth between me and your colleagues in the days/weeks/months after the session.

I can even rename the files for you, too!

Image retouch & file delivery

Finished files come to your inbox in one simple folder so everything is easy to reference and keep track of.

I like to deploy a subtle retouch to my headshots. I think people in all forms are great.

My retouching emphasizes the good and lessens the not as great. My mantra is to “eliminate what wouldn’t be there in a week or so.”

Meet Andy

I love this stuff.

I mean it. I live and breathe the headshot process.

Everything from meeting new people to figuring out the best way to photograph them. This stuff is a real passion of mine.

The skills I have learned to do this didn’t come easy but the process has been worth it. The satisfaction of hearing “wow, that was easy!” or “I have never looked so good in a photo” never gets old.

It’s been a long journey to get to this point. There was a lot to learn along the way and still more to learn in the future. I bring this attitude to every single session. There’s always something to improve upon!
